FAQ

How does the process work?

We talk to you about what you need as a company and what you want your website to accomplish. We then come up with a comprehensive plan that will achieve those goals. We don’t just build good looking sites, but sites that will attract visitors. And we know that visitors are worthless if they do not turn into traffic, so we always build sites with the visitor in mind. We have an end goal in mind for the visitors and we make it easy for them to reach that goal. But what we never lose sight of is that what we really want is for you to be happy and successful. We will keep working until we get it right!

What does it cost?

I will say that we are one of the more inexpensive design firms around. We believe in bringing quality sites to companies at affordable prices. Unfortunately we cannot give you a price without more information. The final price depends on a few factors. Is it a custom designed site, a customized template, or a simple template. How many pages will there be? Is there a blog attached? Depending on these factors we will give you a quote that will be satisfactory to both parties.

How long does the process take?

Again, this depends on how complex the site is, but most sites are completely designed within three weeks. If it is a template design, it may take a bit less time, and if it is a fully custom site with a lot of pages, it may take longer. When we give you a quote we will let you know what we expect the time frame to be.

Usually we will come up with the design and show it to you first. After we get your sign off, we will start actually building the site. The site is build on its own domain so you can keep an eye on the progress. Once if is finished and we have tested and re-tested the site looking for any bugs or inconsistencies, we will transfer it to your domain and it will be live.

What platform is the site built on?

Although we have built sites on just about every platform available, we have settled on one that we feel is by far the best. We build all of our sites on WordPress. There are a few reasons for this, but the main one is that Google loves sites built in WordPress. We get much better results with the sites that are built on WordPress long-term, and our clients are happier with them as well. They are easy to build, edit and maintain which is an added bonus.

Also, WordPress sites make it easy to use Social Media to promote your site. With the plugins and widgets available, it is easy to build relationships with your customers because of the interaction involved. By integrating Facebook pages, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn, you’ll be able to interact with your customers like never before!
